The University of Findlay offers licensure programs for AYA and Multi-Age (all subject areas), Early Childhood, Middle Childhood, and Intervention Specialist. Advanced programs offer Master’s level degrees in Human Resource Development, School Building Leader (Principal), School District Leader (Superintendent), and the Master of Arts in Education for licensed teachers.

The Teacher Education program is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). The University of Findlay ranks in Tier 1 of the US News & World Report listing for Midwestern Colleges offering Master’s degrees and is recognized as a ‘Best Midwestern College’ by The Princeton Review.
